Personal Information.
Following are the personal information we access from your device. The information we collect is just for the purpose of usage when you try to get something from you phone are download or save something from the phone. If there is a bug report from you people then we come across your email and sort out the bugs and reply you with an appreciation message.
Read Phone State. We ask for Read Phone State permission for games just for third party Ad Services like Unity Ads etc. We do not use any of your phone data. We take care of your privacy.
Non Personal Information.
Sometime there is a need of collecting information about your device ,hardware or location in order to make use of them to give you the Service we ought to provide you in our app. For example we may collect information about your location to guide you in a direction or may know your internet connectivity in order to give you our product feature.
Ads Serving Technology
Other information that the app ask for is the internet permission which is usually required for ad purposes. The ad served has nothing to do with you app and your information. We may employ third party ad serving technologies that uses certain information for serving ads. The information collected by the ads agencies may include the demographic and location information. Further, more it may collect information about your hardware or device to ensure a proper ad serving. The information collected by these ads serving agencies have their own service privacy policy. These ads serving agencies is only integrated to our games. We do not have control on any third party information.

Children’s Privacy: (COPPA Complaint): Most of our services are strictly not directed to children under 13 and we don’t direct them to anyone under 13. We abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If a user gets identified as a child under this prescribed age within the Services, We will not collect, store or use any information of such user. The Game Storm Studios Pvt. Ltd. also does not allow third-party partners to access personally identifiable data from users under 13. If GSS received personal information and discovered that was provided by a child under the age of 13, We will promptly delete such personal information in a secure manner.
OptOut: We have created an opt-out option within our Apps. You may choose it by visiting Privacy Controls and Selection No from Consent Screen, the Consent Screen is shown when you launch the App/Game for the first time, afterwards if you wish to change you can do it from Privacy Controls from within the app. Opting Out will mean that you will still be served ads, but they will not be tailored to your preferences. Opting out will also affect Analytics and other 3rd Party SDKs used. Please note you cannot opt out when you are using our website.
Deletion of Information: Information, when not needed, will be deleted by us and we will also make sure that information, when not required, is deleted by our 3rd Party Partners. If you wish to delete your information you can send us a request to delete your information. We will need some additional information from you to delete your information.
Transfer of Information Overseas: You expressly agree that we may transfer and store your information on servers and equipment located in any territory, including, without limitation, Australia and the United States of America, etc.
